Add items to your cart. You can check out as a guest. We only ask for what carriers need: name, address, phone, and email for tracking.

We pack carefully

Orders usually leave our warehouse within two business days unless something is on backorder. You get a tracking number by email when the label prints.

Delivered and supported

If something arrives damaged or missing a part, reply to your order email and we will sort out a replacement or return label. No phone tree to fight through.

Shipping and returns in plain English

We ship to the lower forty eight states through standard ground carriers. Heavier items may cost a bit more and we show that in cart before you pay. Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes need a quick quote from our team, so email [email protected] before you place a large order.

For returns, start from the link in your order confirmation. Most unopened products can go back within thirty days. Items that touch skin or cannot be resold for health reasons are marked final sale on the product page. Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive the package back at our warehouse.

Do I need an account to buy something?

No. Guest checkout works fine. If you want an account later to see past orders, you can create one with the same email address and we will link your history when possible.

How long does shipping take?

Most ground orders arrive within three to seven business days after we hand the package to the carrier. Remote areas can take a day or two longer. You will always get tracking as soon as the label exists.

Can I change my order after I paid?

If the order has not shipped yet, email [email protected] right away with your order number. We can often fix an address or swap a size. Once it is on the truck, we have to follow the return process instead.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Take a photo of the box and the item, then email [email protected] within five days. We file the claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund depending on stock. Do not throw away packaging until we tell you we have what we need.

Do you price match other stores?

We do not run automatic price matching. If you see the same SKU in stock elsewhere for less, send us a link and we will see if we can meet it or explain why our price differs.

Is my payment information safe?

Payments go through our processor using encryption. We do not store your full card number on our servers. You will see the secure checkout badge on the payment step.

Need help before you order?

Our team works Monday through Friday, nine to five Eastern time, except major holidays. We are a small crew, so if we are busy during a sale, it may take until the next morning to get back to you. We appreciate your patience.
